Allison Carlson is a multi-faceted leader who has 15 years of experience in the industry as an evaluator, researcher, and program administrator. Her breadth of experience offers her clients an understanding of both short and long-term needs, the demands of different interest groups, and competing priorities they may face in planning for and running their programs. A natural planner, Allison specializes in qualitative research, strategic planning, organizational assessment, and vetting innovative ideas. She uses strong communication and collaboration skills to bring in a diversity of opinions and experiences that help clients consider the bigger picture. Allison believes that everyone has a compelling story to tell if you take the time to dig deeper, going beyond initial perceptions. When Allison is not leading research teams, she can be found enjoying the great outdoors with her family in Wisconsin’s many scenic natural areas.
