Maass applies her experience in the energy industry to evaluation, exploratory market research, and customer experience research. Her particular expertise is in qualitative methods, but she wields a variety of quantitative tools—including GIS and R—to support her analysis and data communication. Her background in sustainability and urban planning inspires her data-driven recommendations to create more resilient communities. Maass is from Tucson and enjoys exploring the beauty of the Sonoran Desert.
