John McLeod-Moya is a Research Analyst at ILLUME with a strong background in qualitative methods. He has worked on a range of customer-focused market research projects including customer point of purchase decision-making, user experience research, and analysis of the social significance of material objects. By incorporating visual and audio data into his analysis, he brings findings to life. John deploys his training and experience as an ethnographer to assess how beliefs and behaviors impact energy use. He works on a variety of projects performing in-depth interviews, usability testing, customer journey maps, and qualitative data analysis. John holds a Bachelors in Anthropology from the University of South Florida, and a Masters in Theology from Fordham University.
