Riana Johnson is a skilled researcher with experience in quantitative, qualitative, and data visualization within the industry. She brings creativity along with strong data analysis skills to her work. Riana has years of experience supporting evaluations that use standard and cutting-edge methods and excels at finding patterns in the data and in statistical analysis and creative problem solving. She uses her background in fine art and econometrics to deftly craft data visualizations and tell data-driven stories. Using mixed methods, she investigates complicated topics and finds useable answers. Riana deftly works across qualitative and quantitative research streams at ILLUME and finds interesting ways of melding the two not-so-disparate worlds. When Riana is not leading cost-benefit or other analyses, she’s often creating art across multiple media.
