Dr. Silvia Van Riper is a mixed-method researcher with more than ten years of experience in customer research, specifically customer experience and satisfaction studies. Through her work, she strives to bring clarity, insight, and structure to complex and seemingly unpredictable human behavior. Silvia’s formal training in consumer behavior, services marketing, and consumer decision-making enables her to examine customer experiences and provide clients with insights into customer needs. Her research using both qualitative and quantitative methods has won awards for innovation and contribution to the field of services research. When Silvia is not helping clients empathetically listen to and interpret customer voices, she is playing with her lovable pup, Miel.
