Company Background
ILLUME Advising, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “ILLUME”) is a wholly woman-owned research and strategy consultancy specializing in the human dimensions of energy industry transformations. ILLUME operates nationwide, having served more than 50 regional and state agencies, public and investor-owned utilities, and the federal government in advancing, re-envisioning, and equitably transforming the energy industry toward cleaner programs and services.
RFQ Background
NYSERDA is contracting with ILLUME, an Implementation Services Contractor, to provide implementation and program support to NYSERDA for the Energy Equity Collaborative (EEC) initiative. ILLUME seeks support from qualified subcontractors based in New York State to provide facilitation support for working groups, contribute to community engagement plan development, and provide event support for the annual public network meeting.

RFQ Schedule
This RFQ will be launched on January 5, 2024. Responses will be accepted until January 24, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. EST. It is the sole responsibility of the responding firms to ensure their submission is received by email to BD@illumeadvising.com on or before the due date and time.
