Emma Weaver specializes in qualitative and quantitative research and policy analysis across a broad range of topics. She leads process and impact evaluations for utilities and conducts applied market research to inform new program designs and design changes to clients’ programs. Emma enjoys interfacing directly with customers and trade partners to better understand their priorities and pain points and help clients tailor their programs to the wants and needs of the communities they serve. She believes in the importance of prioritizing historically underserved communities in this work, to help ensure equity and justice in program design and implementation. As a researcher, Emma specializes in fielding in-depth interviews and qualitative thematic analyses. When Emma isn’t pouring over qualitative data, she can be found playing soccer, tending to her balcony garden, or enjoying a good book.
