ILLUME recently held our three-year retreat in Wisconsin. As an owner, it was incredibly humbling to be surrounded by such amazing talent and such good-hearted, fun-loving people. Listening to our team and watching out team interact left me feeling a wide range of emotions from disbelief, intense gratitude, and sheer admiration. How lucky am I to have twelve incredible people to co-create the vision that Sara and I started just three years ago? Over the next few weeks we will be sharing snippets of what we learned during our retreat, such as using data to tell meaningful stories and leveraging individual team member strengths to get our best work done.
