Andrew Mielcarek’s history of field work and research experience combined with training in data analysis allows him to approach any problem with a uniquely critical eye. His intensive statistical, econometric, and policy analysis training informs his analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data. He has experience in evaluating a range of programs including behavioral, weatherization, commercial, new construction, and income eligible as well as in market research engagements including usability testing, journey mapping, and market characterization. Andrew is particularly adept at engagement and research with commercial utility customers and trade allies and has presented findings from these efforts at industry events including Rocky Mountain Utility Exchange and the Behavior, Energy and Climate Change (BECC) conference. When Andrew is not checking and rechecking his billing analysis work, he’s hiking with his family and favorite pup.
