Julene brings expertise in program evaluation, data analytics, and international development to drive social change. She is well versed in quantitative and qualitative methods ranging from data programming to focus groups. She is passionate about working closely with communities most impacted by energy and environmental policies, especially those historically marginalized, ensuring their voices are central to the work. Julene holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago. She previously served five years in various government roles in Mexico. Outside of work, Julene enjoys taking pictures, running, and travelling.
