Kristen is a Senior Consultant with expertise in human factors and design research. She has managed and run numerous mixed-methods studies focused on usability in the tech sector and is excited to apply her expertise in the renewable energy industry. Her experience as both a designer and researcher support her efforts in advancing decarbonization in a way that is effective, intuitive, and equitable for all. Understanding that communication is just as important as analysis, Kristen takes great pride in her presentations and is dedicated to making data-dense research results clear and actionable. She is well trained in traditional research methods, such as surveys and interviews, but also enjoys developing creative protocols and metrics for difficult-to-measure subjects. Outside of work, Kristen is often found in the garden or on the volleyball court. She also volunteers as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters Puget Sound.
