Don Smith brings more than 20 years of finance and operations management experience to his position as Principal of ILLUME. He has strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a talent for transforming numbers and data into a clear story to guide operational decisions. His ability to collaborate and recognize other perspectives allows him to understand the big picture and build strong partnerships within ILLUME. Don currently serves as manager for all finance and administration functions, including accounting, financial analysis and planning, human resources, information technology, office operations, and client contracts. When he’s not pouring over spreadsheets, Don enjoys cracking dad jokes and playing soccer.
